Role Summary
Technical Lead responsible for backend architecture, SaaS platform design, and Agile delivery. Leads the engineering team while acting as Scrum Master to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable Laravel-based backend systems
Define clean architecture standards (DDD, Repository/Service patterns, SOLID)
Architect MySQL data models and Redis-based caching/queue strategies
Lead integrations with payment gateways (Stripe, Mollie, PayPal) and external APIs
Build SaaS solutions integrated with Google Cloud APIs (BigQuery, Billing, Channel, Resource Manager)
Oversee Docker-based environments and GitHub workflows
Conduct code reviews and mentor developers
Align technical delivery with product and business goals
Requirements
5+ years PHP experience, 3+ years Laravel
Strong API, OAuth, and cloud integration experience
Hands-on experience with queues, background jobs, and caching
Experience leading teams and driving technical decisions
