iSolution led a vital role in DSTC’s successful Google Meet hardware
implementation. We provided procurement, licensing, deployment,
training, and support, enabling DSTC to seamlessly integrate Google
Meet into their complex meeting room environment.

The challenge

The main difficulty was the collaboration between multiple devices
used during the meetings happening between room locations across
the region. On the other hand, the use of HDMI wires in the old
solution was quite inconvenient and messy for the end users.

The solution

Google Meet hardware provided DSTC with a comprehensive video
conferencing solution with high-quality video and audio. With Google
Cloud, iSolution was able to offer easy deployment, end-to-end
encryption, a simplified user experience, and flexible deployment
options with uninterrupted communication. The interoperability with
other video conferencing platforms was a plus.

The result

The end users at DSTC as well as the administrators are satisfied
using the new meeting room solution due to convenience usage and
enhanced productivity. Overall, Google Meet hardware solutions has
improved communication and collaboration providing a seamless and
efficient way to conduct video conferences and meetings for different
customers across various industries.
